Second, It's about our Families. God has given us a huge responsibility to take care of our families. Scripture says, Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it". If we fail at raising our families, nothing else matters.

Third, It's about YOU... our guests. We love what we do. We love celebrating your vacation rental experience with you. We love father's and sons with their arms around each other laughing. ABOUT OUR OWNERS
Michael and Katie Knapp are originally from Evansville, Indiana. They have been vacationing in the Destin area since 1991. They initially came down full time to the Santa Rosa Beach area to serve in ministry. While planting a church, Michael bought one double decker pontoon rental. The boat business expanded rapidly. We now offer fishing charters, yacht charters, and Duffy boats.
